Mike Habib

We all know that Mike Habib from Calgary and his brother Sam were arrested on a large scale Oxycontin fraud. Mike and Sam like to throw the name of the Hells Angels around a lot. They are brothers of Dale and Dave Habib in Kelowna. Dave sold his bar in Kelowna to Hells Angels and Dale is president of the Kingpin Crew in Kelowna.

It's interesting to note that the Calgary police executed several search warrants of the Hells angels clubhouse in Calgary and neighbouring area. The Calgary raid netted police a machine gun, several shotguns and handguns, along with 11 kilos of cocaine and a variety of other drugs. So it would appear that the Calgary Hells angels are just like everywhere else.

There have been many accusations of leasing fraud involving the Habibs. Mike Habib had one of his leased vehicles repossessed in Calgary. Sam never returned the missing Hummer when he said he would. Others claim the Habibs have a history of leasing vehicles in other people's names then defaulting on the lease. Perhaps that's what the Kuntz case was really about.

There has also been a lot of allegations of defrauding people. One of these allegations involved a man by the name of Mark Quinton Hanning. One source claims the three stooges defrauded Mark out of about $40,000 in back taxes Sammy the gambling problem incurred on a bar Mark bought from them on the corner of glenmore trail and ogden road in Calgary. He had already spent $30,000 on the bar and then got an eviction notice from the city due to Sam's $40,000 owed back taxes.

Then they came and took the bar back. He had lost everything and ended up committing suicide in his garage on 2024 45 st. se forest lawn Calgary. Only the note he left said he was heading back to Saskatchewan.

Kelowna Lost and Found

Some of us are sure lost alright. I hear Goldilocks has found a new motorcycle in case the real owner is looking for it. She repainted it and put a Lebanese flag on the gas tank. If anyone recognizes the bike and knows the real owner just call 1 900 Dale is a Bitch.

Speaking of Kelowna, what's happened to Downtown Cycle? Word is Goldilocks has opened a new bakery in Vancouver where all the boys from the Mickey Mouse club like to hang out. Haven't heard from Dale's Donkey lately though. Creeps.

The Death of Cody Doucette

Locally, we once again we hear the news of a sudden death in Kelowna. Cody Doucette bled to death from a cut under his arm with an X-Acto knife. An injury he received while disposing of a stolen truck for someone else.

I'm a bit confused how the police can claim his death is not suspicious when they admit they are still investigating how he received the cut. I guess that just means the case is still under investigation. Who did he work for again?

It kinda reminds me of Chad Karylchuk‏. Obviously Chad's death was an od but both individuals had the same associations. Tragic really.

Taking out the Trash

The question is, do we want to do something about the problem? We certainly can if we really want to. We can't do everything but we can do something. The Liquid Zoo lost their liquor license in Kelowna because the General Manager was of the view that the association of Mr. Raffele with a member of the Hells Angels made Mr. Raffele a person “not fit and proper” to hold a liquor licence.

The The Liquor Control and Licensing Act states that:

16 (1) A licence must not be issued, renewed or transferred if, in the general manager's opinion, the applicant

(a) is not a fit and proper person,

(2.1) The general manager may at any time, on the general manager's own initiative, if the general manager thinks it necessary or desirable, determine whether a licensee is a fit and proper person.

(3) A licence must not be issued, renewed, transferred or amended if, in the general manager's opinion, it would be contrary to the public interest.

So there are two issues on the table. First is fit and proper. Second is public interest. Obviously Dale Habib's appeal of the decision which resulted in the decision being set aside and reviewed was flawed. It is not in the public interest to reopen the Liquid Zoo. In addition, Dave lied. Dave Habib claimed he was the owner of the club and sold it to the people who bought the Liquid Zoo. That simply was not true.

Dale Habib was the owner of Senor Frog's which had a suspicious fire and relocated on Lawrence Avenue. He then sold it to Charles Guy Stanley who turned it into Champagne Charlies. If Dave Habib still owned the club at that time then he was a co owner with Hells angel Guy Charles Stanley which would make him as unfit and improper to hold a liquor license as Mr. Raffele was for his association with Damiano Dipopolo.

Dave Habib's association with his brother who is the President of a Hells Angels puppet club and his other two brothers charged in a multi million dollar Oxycontin fraud make him not fit and proper to hold a liquor license. Any court that claims the city is not allowed to revoke a liquor license for criminal activity and associations not in the public interest is a lawless enabler for organized crime.

Now this brings us to the Whiterock chapter of the Hells Angels owning a strip club in Surrey that was the hub of a major cross border drug ring. Trevor Jones and Randy Jones' involvement in that drug ring make them not fit and proper to hold a liquor license in Surrey. Period. Tbarz should lose it's liquor license.

The Whiterock clubhouse in Langley should be seized under the proceeds of crime legislation just like the Naniamo chapter clubhouse was. The Jesters' clubhouse in Surrey should be denied a business license to operate because it was documented that they are connected to the Whiterock chapter in documents found in the possession of Whiterock Secretary treasurer Villy Lynnerup.

The Shadow club should also lose their business license since they are clearly tied to the Hells Angels as well. They are in the exact same building as the Outcasts were which was documented on paper to be connected to the East Vancouver chapter of the Hells Angels found in Villy Lynnerup's possession. That location is too close to the drug problems of Surrey's Gateway and too close to Gus' shop which is owned by a Hells Angel.

Gus can keep his business license for his motorcycle shop but the Jesters, Shadow club and Tbarz should be shut down by the City. The city has the right to determine zoning. It can and should revoke building permits for organized crime in our community.

That leaves us with the Hells angels control of the stripper agencies in the province. The Hells angels association with criminal activity make them not fit and proper to hold a business licence for strippers. They control the business and should not be allowed to participate in it any more. Their documented criminal activity has confirmed that.

These simple changes won't solve all our problems but mark my word it would be a good start. We can't do everything but we can do something and are morally bound to do so. It's like the saying, "What do you call 3,000 lawyers on the bottom of the ocean? A good start."

Seizing the Whiterock Chapter's clubhouse, closing down Tbarz, the Jesters and the Shadow club as well as revoking the Hells Angels license for strippers starting with CJ Spoon would most certainly be a good start at taking the trash out of Surrey.

Joey Verma and Donnie McWhirter

Joey Verma is the guy that was charged with the murder of Britney Irving. Even before he was arrested the media claimed he had associations with the Independent Soldiers who as we all know are not independent. They are a Hells Angels puppet club.



Here are a few pictures of Joey and Donnie McWhirter AKA Blaze. We refer to him as Napoleon Dynamite for posing with an Independent Soldiers t-shirt and a 50 Pound barbell on his bench. They look kind of cozy. No I'm not implying they had any kind of homosexual relationship. I'm just saying that they look like friends not enemies. I'm not sure where this one is taken but the palm trees would imply it was a vacation.



In fact Joey had many friends in town. He was a Hells Angels associate. Witnesses claim they would see him with Hells Angels in public. April 6 2010 Joey was charged with robbery and murder of Britney Irving. Murder maybe but robbery, that doesn't make sense. The trial is scheduled to go on until January 2012.

The media claims Britney Irving sold pot to support her Oxycontin habit. The media reported that before Britney was murdered the grow op she lived on (which witnesses claim was run by the Hells Agnels) was busted.

Some claim that Joey ripped her off and killed her. Nope. Doesn't make sense. If he ripped her off, he would have ripped the Hells Agnels off which wouldn't be very bright. If he had done that he would have left town but he didn't. He was walking around town doing business as usual when he was finally arrested.

Someone claimed they thought Britney was the rat that got her grow op busted. Nope. Why would she do that. Not only was she not the type, they had nothing on her which would have put pressure on her to cut a deal.

Another person claimed she owed money so they did her in. Now that makes sense. Michael Plante worked the door and the Orange number five in East Van and sold pot for the Hells Angels. When his grow was robbed they charged him double and threatened his life. When he finally paid up it was back to business as usual. It was all about the money.

Some people would say, why would they kill someone who owed them money? They wouldn't get their money back. The answer is simple. To send a message to everyone else. The same reason they have been pushing Native women out of windows in East Van for drug debts. It sends a very clear message to everyone else and lets them rule with fear.

I know we all want to pin Britney's murder on Dale Habib because he is dirty and he got off when charges were stayed in the Kunts murder. Yet even if Dale's finger puppets are indeed debt collectors for the Hells Angels, he would have had to have been acting on orders from someone else. The same with Geoff's murder.

No doubt Dale has information about these cases, and no doubt he is being less than honest about the information he does have, yet both these murders are bigger than Dale Habib. I believe they are tied to the Hells Angels. After all, wee Napoleon Dynamite was a Hells Angels associate too. So here we have two different Hells Angels associates who were friends with the person who has been charged with robbing (Bullsh*t) and murdering Britney Irving. Drink up ya dirty bastards. No lie can live forever.

The Habib's and the Liquid Zoo

There's no doubt Sam and Mike Habib being charged in that $3.4 million Oxycontin fraud has clearly tainted the Habib's family image. Add that to Dale's involvement with the Kingpin crew and Dave trying to help the Hells Angels get their liquor license back for the Liquid Zoo and all you get is one big toxic mess of suspicious activity.



Dave was dripping in denial and claimed to be above reproach yet he was charged with assaulting a peace officer in 2001. Dale's involvement in that double murder trial was somewhat suspicious as well. The thing that I don't get is their legal argument in trying to get the liquor license back for the Liquid Zoo.



Somewhere along the line Senior Frog's became Champagne Charlies then the liquid zoo. Somewhere in that food chain was a suspicious fire. Yet the part I don't understand is Dave's legal argument. We know he owned Senior Frogs. He claims that he sold his club to "someone else" who turned it into the Liquid Zoo. Which as we know lost it's liquor license due to their involvement with the Hells Angels as Dipopolo was listed as a co owner.



Dave's legal argument is that he sold his club subject to the approval of a liquor license. Despite the fact that no such legal contract exists. What I don't get is how can Dave Habib claim he still has a legal interest in the club when he sold it to someone who turned it into Champagne Charlies and they "sold" it to someone else after Guy Stanley was kicked out of the Hells Angels.



If there ever was such a subject too clause involved with the sale of Champagne Charlies it would involve Guy Stanley not Dale Habib who was simply a prior owner. I'm having trouble with the math. Unless of course Dave is admitting he was the co owner on paper with Guy Stanley. Which would in turn document his business association with the Hells Angels. Reverting the ownership of the club back to Dave then giving him a liquor license for the same club would also be a mistake. The facial warts are spreading.



The suspicious fire occurred when it was Senior Frog's at the old location before it moved to the new location and later became Champagne Charlies (named after Hells Angels Guy Charles Stanley) and then the Liquid Zoo.



Regardless of the fire, the Habib's involvement with criminal activity would clearly question whether or not Dave is fit and proper to hold a liquor license which would tarnish the whole application for an approval of the Liquid Zoo's liquor license.



BTW if Britney lived on a Hells Angels grow op that was busted and sold pot to support her oxy habit, and if the Habibs were associated with Joey Verma as well as with Oxycontin, then one has to wonder where Britney got her oxy from.

Habib Brothers charged with $3.4 million worth of Oxycontin Fraud

Well it would appear that our original source was correct and that Sam Habib's recent charges in court had to do with fraud involving Oxycontin prescriptions. Turns out his brother Mikey "I use the Hells Angels name" in Calgary has also been charged. That would confirm allegations I was told about that pair long ago.

So if Britney Irving was tied to Joey Verma, and if Joey Verma was tied to Dale Habib and the Hells Angels, and if Britney Irving sold pot from a Hells angels grow op to pay for her oxy habit, where did she get her oxy from again? Please advise.

Sam Habib back in Court

Meanwhile back on the ranch, Sam Habib was in Kelowna court on April 12 and 13th. I'm not going to speculate on the reasons since the charges haven't been listed even though I have heard rumours. Right now it just says remand until warrant/return to jurisdiction. Yet it does say some kind of order was made on the 13th.

On a completely unrelated hypothetical situation, I was wondering what would happen if someone was charged with fraud for using fake Oxycontin prescriptions. If they were committing fraud for using fake oxy prescriptions wouldn't they be charged with drug trafficking as well as fraud because that is what people do with fake oxy prescriptions?

Let's hope there isn't another bogus publication ban imposed on Sammy's case like there was on his February 19 2002 case. Publication bans aren't supposed to last that long. They are only supposed to last long enough to give the person the chance for a fair trial. They aren't supposed to continue after the trial is over.

Kinda like when they made a publication ban on the name of the Hells Angel Kerry Ryan Renaud was cooking the crystal meth for. There was a publication ban because John Punko and Ron Lising were still in trial. Yet in that trial it was published that Micheal Plante claimed the meth cook was working for John Punko and Ron Lising. Surely the Crown is allowed to take the Renaud conviction to the Punko trial and use that as further evidence of criminal organization charges. Even if they don't name the criminal organization, it is clear that Renaud was working for Punko and Potsie.

Sammy "Sandy" Habib on the other hand is pretty small time. When the Private Investigator was looking for Sammy's missing SUV's he texted his brother Mike in Calgary and said he was going to kick his brother's ass. Mike texted back and asked which brother. The PI said Sammy. Mike then responded, let me guess, he owes you money too. Interesting to note that the PI claims Sammy swore on the name of the Kingpin crew that he would return the SUVs which he didn't. It's his brother Dale that's the president of the pinhead crew.

Interesting to note that the PI claims he has Mike on tape using the name of the Hells Angels to threaten the PI. Isn't that an interesting association.

Sammy had a DUI charge back in August 31 1996 and subsequent failing to appear and driving while prohibited. I would be interested in finding out what the 2002 matter was that had the publication ban. Surely the temporary ban has expired by now.

David Habib and the Hells Angels

Finally a documented connection between Dave Habib and the Hells Angels. He won a right to appeal the decision to close the Liquid Zoo alright but that application simply documents his connection to the Hells Angels since that nightclub was closed down because of Hells Angels involvement. The warts are spreading.



It wasn't just the fact that a Hells Angel was a co owner. The club let Hells Angels in with colours on. It became a Hells Angels bar and was closed down. Now Dave Habib claims he maintains a business interest in the nightclub and applied for another licence. Surprise surprise. His brother is the president of the Kingpin Crew in Kelowna.

OK so Dave Habib originally owned Senior Frog's in Kelowna. That later became Champagne Charlie's on 538 Leon Ave in Kelowna. The club burned down in 2001. He re-opened it at its new present location.

Champagne Charlies became the Liquid Zoo. Castanet News reported that Champagne Charlie's was bought by Hells Angel Damiano Dipopolo‏ who turned it into the Liquid Zoo before it was shut down.

Castanet News reports that when Dipopolo "bought" it, the co owner was Charles Guy Stanley an ex East Van Hell Angel. Notice it says co owner. The media reports that Guy Stanley was a member of the Hells Angels who was later kicked out although nowhere do they say why he was kicked out or the terms and conditions of that dismissal. Dave Habib sold his club to a Hells Angel. Surely that transaction would imply that he has at one time done business with Hells Angels.

Yet it appears that Dave Habib's name was still on the title when Dipopolo bought it. Does that mean Habib was the other co owner with Guy Stanley or did Dipopolo sell it back to him? Either way the application claims Habib maintains a business interest in the nightclub which to me clearly documents his business connection to the Hells Angels. But then again, I'm delusional. I thought that fire was suspicious.

The General Manager was of the view that the association of Mr. Raffele with a member of the Hells Angels made Mr. Raffele a person “not fit and proper” to hold a liquor licence. Maybe Dave Habib is a person “not fit and proper” to hold a liquor licence.

The Act is public safety legislation. The focus of the Act is the protection of society and the General Manager is entitled to be concerned with the public interest over and above the economic interests of individual licensees: Whistler Mountain Ski Corp. v. British Columbia (Liquor Control & Licensing Branch), 2002 BCCA 426 at paras. 45-46.

Dale Habib is a Bitch

Well the Pinhead Crew has their web site up and running finally with pictures of the Queen pinhead Dale Habib.



Word is they have a new gang hat. It's not as nice as the Black Gangster Disciples or the Vice Lords' hat in Chicago but theirs suit them. It matches the bowling shoes they wear when they ride their motorcycles. Those pin heads are still riding motorcycles with sneakers on.



Don't tell me that's Joshua Armstrong from Downtown Cycle again. Last time he was wearing a plain jacket riding beside Justin Speake who was wearing a Kingpin Crew cotton hoodie and sneakers. Now Joshua's wearing a support knitted sweater and sneakers. How can that guy have anything to do with Downtown Cycle? No wonder they have to contract out all their work.

I'll snitch cause you're just a punk ass bitch. Geoff Meisner didn't steal anything from anyone. You are a liar.



Joey Verma did not act alone. He was a long time associate of the Hells Angels and Dale Habib. He didn't just rip Britney off. Britney lived on a grow op some say was run by the Hells Angels that was busted. If he ripped her off he would have ripped the Hells Angels off which wouldn't be very bright. If he did that he would have left town but he didn't. He was walking around town without a care in the world doing business as usual. "They" sanctioned what he did. If "they" hadn't he would have left town but he didn't.



Then they tried to start another bullshit rumor. They claimed Britney was the rat that got the grow op busted. Not only is that a bold faced lie it doesn't even make sense. She wasn't charged with anything. She didn't have to make a plea bargain. If she ratted out a Hells Angels grow op she would have known it would have come back on her. She wasn't stupid.

Instead I submit that Dale Habib is a rat bitch liar. That's why all his Mouseketeers have to wear rat bitch ears. Because only a rat bitch would have betrayed Brittney and Geoff. That they did. Do those rat ears come in Kevlar?



Trust no one. What a bunch of idiots. That makes about as much sense as the Anarchy Bikers Rules of Order. It's all about trust and brotherhood. You rat bitches can't even trust each other. Loyalty and Honour you know nothing about. Dale Habib has not only been accused of hiring a murder to avoid paying a debt, the shooters testified in court he didn't even pay the full price for the hit. If that isn't rat bitch I don't know what is. Those charges were stayed but as they say in Ireland, Our Day Will Come.



Trust no one. They don't even trust Bacchus. That's why they sent 2 knuckleheads from the Pinhead Crew to Halifax last summer. When one mule goes down they just find another. No loyalty there. Skeletor's been dirty ever since Lennoxville. They should have sent a shovel head instead of a knucklehead on a Goldwing. But there ain't no shovel big enough to carry all their bullshit. Wipe your drule.
