Dain Phillips murder trial

The trial involving two little boys at the root of the conflict which recruited the assistance of the Hells angels to beat a father to death in Kelowna with baseball bats and hammers is under way. They were grinning from ear to ear outside the courthouse which is an offensive mockery of the murder.



It's just like the kids who were laughing outside the courthouse in the swarming of Michael Levi. In that case a large number of kids swarmed Levi, bear sprayed him, gave him the boots then took an axe to the back of his head and left him a paraplegic. They were seen laughing outside court. If they had any remorse whatsoever, they would not have been laughing.



Releasing them on bail was disapointing. It just reinforced the cocky unaccountable attitude which created the problem in the first place. Obviously, the Hells angels decision to get involved in a high school feud was insane. As is this shameful mockery of human life.

Gang meeting in Kelowna

Looks like Larry Amero and Jonathon Bacon weren't the only people of interest in Kelowna last weekend. Someone spotted this expensive Ferrari from Alberta pull into DeDutch on Saturday morning. They claim the guy that got out was small, covered in gold chains and looked like a pimp. Turns out it was a gang meeting alright.



A gang of car enthusiasts in town for Ryan Fipke's wedding at Sparkling hill resort at predator ridge golf course. Ryan is the son of Chuck Fipke the diamond mine owner. I always wondered why a Canadian diamond mine would also own diamond mines in Africa. What's to stop them from taking a conflict diamond in Africa and claim they found it in the Canadian frozen arctic? Then again, everyone says I read too many conspiracy theories. If they really have found diamonds in the Canadian arctic, then more power to them.



Obviously, if someone owns a diamond mine then that is a legitimate source of income. What we are concerned about is people who own several very expensive cars, boats and homes with no job and no tangible source of income. That is a concern when we see public gang violence tied to the illicit drug trade.







Someone sent in another photo of him with the car. They claim his name is Austin Powers. He's not a gang member. He's an exotic car dealer. The web site is on the car right in the first picture. People say he looks greasy. If he wants elegance and style perhaps someone should give him a bar of soap.







We have seen drug dealers buy large boats. That doesn't make every boat dealer a gang member. Drug dealers buy groceries too. That doesn't make the supermarket part of an organized crime ring. The Habibs were involved with cars in Calgary. I wonder if he knows them. How is their Oxycontin fraud case going anyways?

Looks like the Kelowna cyst Russel Penner has a new loan shark company called 1800fastpay.com Strange the interest rates aren't posted on the web site. So tell me, where is the documentation for where the money for the loans comes from? At least he's into banking now and isn't involved with that meth lab on Postil Drive. Are his friends in the Hells Agnels involved with his new company?

New Strip bar in Rutland

A new strip bar in Rutland has community members concerned. Perhaps the real concern isn't the strip bar it's who's running it. First let's take a look at the location - Rutland. Rutland was in the news recently after two Hells Angels were charged in a Rutland beating death.

That tragic story involved a father who was beaten to death with baseball bats and hammers as he was trying to make peace between his sons and a few kids they knew from High School. Which High School? Rutland High School. Aside from the two hells angels and the president of the throttle lockers, also charged were Daniel Joseph McCrae, 21, Mathew Thomas McCrae, 19, Ansen Lloyd Schell, 19, and Thomas Allen Vaughan, 22 from Rutland Senior Secondary School.

So right after this savage murder a new strip bar opens up in Rutland. Some sources claim it's run by the Hells Agnels, yet that's hard to prove. Tbarz in Surrey is run by the Hells Angels according to a US cross border drug ring inditement. Yet Whiterock Hells Angel Randy Jones has it registered in his mother's name.

There have been a lot of concerns expressed about the number of stripper agencies the Hells angels own or control. Sure, CJ Barrowby is an idiot but he is empowered by the Hells angels. He was sentenced to house arrest for trafficking cocaine for the Hells angels and now just runs a stripper agency for them.

So when someone tells me they are concerned about the new strip bar in Rutland being run by the Hells angels, I have to share their concerns. The location is very suspicious after the recent violent murder. Letting them expand their business in that community is an insult not only to Dain Phillips and the community but to Canada and humanity. BTW Please be advised, the new name of the strip club is in trademark violation because the name and domain has already been registered in the US. You're supposed to do a name search before you register a company.

Kelowna Lost and Found

Some of us are sure lost alright. I hear Goldilocks has found a new motorcycle in case the real owner is looking for it. She repainted it and put a Lebanese flag on the gas tank. If anyone recognizes the bike and knows the real owner just call 1 900 Dale is a Bitch.

Speaking of Kelowna, what's happened to Downtown Cycle? Word is Goldilocks has opened a new bakery in Vancouver where all the boys from the Mickey Mouse club like to hang out. Haven't heard from Dale's Donkey lately though. Creeps.

The Death of Cody Doucette

Locally, we once again we hear the news of a sudden death in Kelowna. Cody Doucette bled to death from a cut under his arm with an X-Acto knife. An injury he received while disposing of a stolen truck for someone else.

I'm a bit confused how the police can claim his death is not suspicious when they admit they are still investigating how he received the cut. I guess that just means the case is still under investigation. Who did he work for again?

It kinda reminds me of Chad Karylchuk‏. Obviously Chad's death was an od but both individuals had the same associations. Tragic really.

Robert Thomas Fugitive has turned himself in

[He has turned himself in to the Kelowna Police overnight]

This keeps getting worse. All the seven men charged in the murder of Dain Phillips are in police custody except for Hells Angel Robert Thomas who is on the run. This guy is a piece of garbage. If you know where he is, call it in. He is the rat. Seven on one unarmed man trying to make peace beaten to death with hammers and bats over a high school feud? That is insane.

We know he was last seen Sunday or Monday riding his bike near his house in Kelowna. If he has any brains he'd leave town. Either way if you know where he is or where he's going, call it in.

The new twist is that police say that some of the seven men charged in this brutal homicide are suspects in a Kelowna drive by shooing that took place on Leon near the location of the closed Liquid Zoo September 7 2010. Police aren't saying which of the seven men arrested for the Dain Phillips murders are suspects in the Leon shooting but as Castanet points out, the police sketch of the prime suspect in that shooting looks an awful lot like Robert Thomas.



Robert Thomas' involvement in the Dain Phillips murder reveals his association and endorsement of the Throttle Lockers. (Lockers as in lock the throttle not rockers) Makes ya kinda wonder if it was Robert Thomas who signed his endorsement of the Throttle Lockers in their clubhouse. Rob from the Kelowna Hells Angels. It would appear that Robert Thomas is the Hells Angel David Giles assigned to be in charge of the Throttle Lockers just like Dave Giles assigned Hells Angel Richard Goldammer to be in charge of Dale Habib's King pin crew. How is Mike and Sammy's trial going anyways? How can Dick and Dale not be responsible for Britney's murder?



Let's not forget the Throttle Lockers bragging about their association with another Hells Angels puppet club in Prince George called the Renegades. A second woman in Prince George claims she was gang raped in the Renegade clubhouse.

Two Hells Angels charged in Kelowna killing

This is Robert Thomas. He is a petty thief and now a murder. He's on the lam. If you know where he is call 911. He has a long record for B&E and theft back in Ontario. Yet in 2005 he was charged with PSP in Kelowna and later found guilty. Possession of Stolen Property.

Turns out that senseless murder in Kelowna involved Robert Thomas and another Hells Angel as well as the president of a Hells Angels puppet club. This criminal act documents the criminal association of the Throttle Lockers with the Hells Angels. Both organizations should have their clubhouses seized under the criminal organization legislation.



Norman Cocks is seen here with his father Bob Cox. Norm is a full patch member of the Hells Angels and his father Bob is the very short president of the throttle Lockers.



There is no loyalty owed to this criminal organization. Rob Thomas is a petty thief and a bully. There is nothing noble about him. Bob Cox is this tiny guy who wants to be someone and just flushed that dream down the toilet by committing a senseless act of murder. This kind of violent oppression needs to stop. Report them. I'm not just talking about this murder. I'm talking about the Geoff Meisner and Brittney Irving murder as well as Joey Arrance's girlfriend's mother. These criminals are the rats who are murdering good people. We need to report them to the police. If you don't want to do that, then contact me. I respect confidence fully.

Kelowna Murder

A brawl between two Kelowna families ended up in a murder. 51 year old husband and father Dain Phillips died after being beaten with a baseball bat on June 11 2011.

Police believe Phillips was caught in the crossfire. Evidence in this incident indicates that the 51-year-old victim did not provoke the attack nor engage in an altercation. Two men in one group are related as are three men in the other group.

It is absolutely triadic that adults can act like children. Look at the cost. A husband and father has been murdered and another father has senselessly thrown his life away as a result. This is not a noble legacy. It's very sad. There are no winners in this conflict. Only sorrow.

Jeff Vanderzalm Kreater Custom Motorcycles

So Bill Vander Valm's son owns a motorcycle shop in Kelowna and witnesses claim they saw him hanging around the clubhouse. Isn't that interesting. "Come in and introduce yourself. It's all good. Even if you're bad."

Jeff claims he's never been to a clubhouse even though a witness claims they saw him there. Yet Jeff is hosting a Rock and Ride party this weekend in Kelowna. I guess we'll just wait and see if any Hells Angels show up.

Having a motorcycle shop in the Hells Angels retirement village with the invitation to come on in, it's all good even if you're bad. One would think if he was trying to stay away from the drugs and crime that he wouldn't make that kind of a blanket invitation.

Joey Verma and Donnie McWhirter

Joey Verma is the guy that was charged with the murder of Britney Irving. Even before he was arrested the media claimed he had associations with the Independent Soldiers who as we all know are not independent. They are a Hells Angels puppet club.



Here are a few pictures of Joey and Donnie McWhirter AKA Blaze. We refer to him as Napoleon Dynamite for posing with an Independent Soldiers t-shirt and a 50 Pound barbell on his bench. They look kind of cozy. No I'm not implying they had any kind of homosexual relationship. I'm just saying that they look like friends not enemies. I'm not sure where this one is taken but the palm trees would imply it was a vacation.



In fact Joey had many friends in town. He was a Hells Angels associate. Witnesses claim they would see him with Hells Angels in public. April 6 2010 Joey was charged with robbery and murder of Britney Irving. Murder maybe but robbery, that doesn't make sense. The trial is scheduled to go on until January 2012.

The media claims Britney Irving sold pot to support her Oxycontin habit. The media reported that before Britney was murdered the grow op she lived on (which witnesses claim was run by the Hells Agnels) was busted.

Some claim that Joey ripped her off and killed her. Nope. Doesn't make sense. If he ripped her off, he would have ripped the Hells Agnels off which wouldn't be very bright. If he had done that he would have left town but he didn't. He was walking around town doing business as usual when he was finally arrested.

Someone claimed they thought Britney was the rat that got her grow op busted. Nope. Why would she do that. Not only was she not the type, they had nothing on her which would have put pressure on her to cut a deal.

Another person claimed she owed money so they did her in. Now that makes sense. Michael Plante worked the door and the Orange number five in East Van and sold pot for the Hells Angels. When his grow was robbed they charged him double and threatened his life. When he finally paid up it was back to business as usual. It was all about the money.

Some people would say, why would they kill someone who owed them money? They wouldn't get their money back. The answer is simple. To send a message to everyone else. The same reason they have been pushing Native women out of windows in East Van for drug debts. It sends a very clear message to everyone else and lets them rule with fear.

I know we all want to pin Britney's murder on Dale Habib because he is dirty and he got off when charges were stayed in the Kunts murder. Yet even if Dale's finger puppets are indeed debt collectors for the Hells Angels, he would have had to have been acting on orders from someone else. The same with Geoff's murder.

No doubt Dale has information about these cases, and no doubt he is being less than honest about the information he does have, yet both these murders are bigger than Dale Habib. I believe they are tied to the Hells Angels. After all, wee Napoleon Dynamite was a Hells Angels associate too. So here we have two different Hells Angels associates who were friends with the person who has been charged with robbing (Bullsh*t) and murdering Britney Irving. Drink up ya dirty bastards. No lie can live forever.

Graham Maryancik

Back in 2002, a meth lab was busted in Kelowna on Postill Drive. Five locals were charged: Chet V. Keller, Wesley V. Crandall, Russell J. Penner, David Tarasenko and (Graham) John Maryancik. Russel Penner was friends with Matt the rat.

Turns out that meth lab was a "major production" point for the Valley and all of the accused had connections to the Hells Angels. Yet the prosecution of the trial went amiss and the first two charged got off completely.

Turns out one of the key witnesses was shot and killed by the police.

The Habib's and the Liquid Zoo

There's no doubt Sam and Mike Habib being charged in that $3.4 million Oxycontin fraud has clearly tainted the Habib's family image. Add that to Dale's involvement with the Kingpin crew and Dave trying to help the Hells Angels get their liquor license back for the Liquid Zoo and all you get is one big toxic mess of suspicious activity.



Dave was dripping in denial and claimed to be above reproach yet he was charged with assaulting a peace officer in 2001. Dale's involvement in that double murder trial was somewhat suspicious as well. The thing that I don't get is their legal argument in trying to get the liquor license back for the Liquid Zoo.



Somewhere along the line Senior Frog's became Champagne Charlies then the liquid zoo. Somewhere in that food chain was a suspicious fire. Yet the part I don't understand is Dave's legal argument. We know he owned Senior Frogs. He claims that he sold his club to "someone else" who turned it into the Liquid Zoo. Which as we know lost it's liquor license due to their involvement with the Hells Angels as Dipopolo was listed as a co owner.



Dave's legal argument is that he sold his club subject to the approval of a liquor license. Despite the fact that no such legal contract exists. What I don't get is how can Dave Habib claim he still has a legal interest in the club when he sold it to someone who turned it into Champagne Charlies and they "sold" it to someone else after Guy Stanley was kicked out of the Hells Angels.



If there ever was such a subject too clause involved with the sale of Champagne Charlies it would involve Guy Stanley not Dale Habib who was simply a prior owner. I'm having trouble with the math. Unless of course Dave is admitting he was the co owner on paper with Guy Stanley. Which would in turn document his business association with the Hells Angels. Reverting the ownership of the club back to Dave then giving him a liquor license for the same club would also be a mistake. The facial warts are spreading.



The suspicious fire occurred when it was Senior Frog's at the old location before it moved to the new location and later became Champagne Charlies (named after Hells Angels Guy Charles Stanley) and then the Liquid Zoo.



Regardless of the fire, the Habib's involvement with criminal activity would clearly question whether or not Dave is fit and proper to hold a liquor license which would tarnish the whole application for an approval of the Liquid Zoo's liquor license.



BTW if Britney lived on a Hells Angels grow op that was busted and sold pot to support her oxy habit, and if the Habibs were associated with Joey Verma as well as with Oxycontin, then one has to wonder where Britney got her oxy from.

Another body in the Lake

Speaking of getting back to reality, another body was found in the Okanagan lake at Kelowna today. The last one found under the dock at the marina was Catherine Hayley Wright. Foul play was ruled out by the corner. Perhaps they're claiming it was a suicide. I don't understand how someone can jump off a floating bridge in an attempt to commit suicide. I don't think that's high enough off the ground to do the trick. Strange things did go on at that marina.

There was a drug bust there that resulted in BC's first successful criminal organization charges. They were selling drugs out of that marina on behalf of a criminal organization. The court didn't actually name the criminal organization but we know that drug ring did bring cocaine to the Hells Angels clubhouse in Kelowna.

We know that Geoff Meisner is still missing. So is Aaron Derbyshire as well as a few others. Not all appear to be gang or drug related but the number of missing people is disturbing.

On a strange note, New York Rangers enforcer Derek Boogaard has been found dead in his apartment. Derek was 28.

Habib Brothers charged with $3.4 million worth of Oxycontin Fraud

Well it would appear that our original source was correct and that Sam Habib's recent charges in court had to do with fraud involving Oxycontin prescriptions. Turns out his brother Mikey "I use the Hells Angels name" in Calgary has also been charged. That would confirm allegations I was told about that pair long ago.

So if Britney Irving was tied to Joey Verma, and if Joey Verma was tied to Dale Habib and the Hells Angels, and if Britney Irving sold pot from a Hells angels grow op to pay for her oxy habit, where did she get her oxy from again? Please advise.

Sam Habib back in Court

Meanwhile back on the ranch, Sam Habib was in Kelowna court on April 12 and 13th. I'm not going to speculate on the reasons since the charges haven't been listed even though I have heard rumours. Right now it just says remand until warrant/return to jurisdiction. Yet it does say some kind of order was made on the 13th.

On a completely unrelated hypothetical situation, I was wondering what would happen if someone was charged with fraud for using fake Oxycontin prescriptions. If they were committing fraud for using fake oxy prescriptions wouldn't they be charged with drug trafficking as well as fraud because that is what people do with fake oxy prescriptions?

Let's hope there isn't another bogus publication ban imposed on Sammy's case like there was on his February 19 2002 case. Publication bans aren't supposed to last that long. They are only supposed to last long enough to give the person the chance for a fair trial. They aren't supposed to continue after the trial is over.

Kinda like when they made a publication ban on the name of the Hells Angel Kerry Ryan Renaud was cooking the crystal meth for. There was a publication ban because John Punko and Ron Lising were still in trial. Yet in that trial it was published that Micheal Plante claimed the meth cook was working for John Punko and Ron Lising. Surely the Crown is allowed to take the Renaud conviction to the Punko trial and use that as further evidence of criminal organization charges. Even if they don't name the criminal organization, it is clear that Renaud was working for Punko and Potsie.

Sammy "Sandy" Habib on the other hand is pretty small time. When the Private Investigator was looking for Sammy's missing SUV's he texted his brother Mike in Calgary and said he was going to kick his brother's ass. Mike texted back and asked which brother. The PI said Sammy. Mike then responded, let me guess, he owes you money too. Interesting to note that the PI claims Sammy swore on the name of the Kingpin crew that he would return the SUVs which he didn't. It's his brother Dale that's the president of the pinhead crew.

Interesting to note that the PI claims he has Mike on tape using the name of the Hells Angels to threaten the PI. Isn't that an interesting association.

Sammy had a DUI charge back in August 31 1996 and subsequent failing to appear and driving while prohibited. I would be interested in finding out what the 2002 matter was that had the publication ban. Surely the temporary ban has expired by now.

Kelowna Grow Ops

Are there any grow ops in Kelowna not run by the Hells Angels? We know this East Vancouver Hells Angels support hoodie was found at a Kelowna grow op. We know that David Giles from the East Vancouver chapter of the Hells Angels lives in Kelowna. We also know that Joseph Bruce Skreptak, a full patch Hells Angels from the same chapter, also lives in Kelowna.

Bruce is the one that rented out a house in Kelowna to someone who had a grow op. He claimed it had nothing to do with him even though his truck with a Hells Angels sticker was parked outside the grow. A door leading into the mother-plant room had a sticker on it reading, "Support Your Local Hells Angels White Rock." For all practical purposes that would let everyone know it was a Hells angel grow op as in not to f*** with it.

Bruce has a history of violence. He was caught with Cory and a few associates speeding through Salmon Arm with a car full of guns, bear spray, bullet proof vest and a cell phone jammer.

Many people speculated that they were on their way to do a grow rip. Kinda makes you wonder when not long after they were caught a grow op just outside of Salmon Arms was abandoned.

Which kinda brings us back to Brittney. If she lived on a grow op that was recently busted, was it not a grow op for the Hells angels? Would Joey, a low lever drug dealer rip off someone who did business for the Hells angels? Some claimed he owed money and that murder would wipe away his debt. Yet who wanted her dead? Were the hells Angels really stupid enough to think Brittney was the rat that had her own home busted?

There was a grow op in Kamloops tied to a double murder which neighbours say was thought to have been connected to the Hells Angels. The Hells Angels are making their support for Kamloops finger puppets public.

We know that someone claiming to be from the East Vancouver chapter of the Hells angels ran into the American Backpackers Hostel with guns looking for a kid who was selling pot there. They claimed he had to leave town and wasn't allowed to sell pot in their area and that if anyone there wanted to buy pot, they had to buy it from them at the black door.

This would clearly imply that if there was a grow op in Kelowna not run by the Hells Angels, they would use threats of violence to take it over. Once again, why would a low level drug dealer rip off Britney who was selling pot for a Hells angels grow op? If he did, he would have left town but he didn't. When he was arrested he was walking around town without a care in the world. To me that would clearly imply that the Hells angels sanctioned if not commission Brittney's murder. After all Geoff Meisner was tied to the Hells angels and the Kingpin Crew. The pinheads were even in Kamloops with their puppet master recently.

Brittney Irving - one year later

Castanet ran an article about Britney Irving one year after her murder. The day before she was murdered, her boyfriend said she told him she was going to meet someone that is a real bad person.

The question that I have is how could she be referring to Joey Verma, the one charged with her murder? Joey was bad but was more of an idiot. He was a low leve drug dealer. Hardly the type of person that would generate fear in anyone.

In fact if, Brittney was selling pot to supply her Oxy habit, then surely she had done business with Joey before. Wouldn't she be concerned if she was meeting a supplier further up the food chain so to speak?

Despite Dale Habib's alleged cross dressing, he tends to have more of a reputation for being a very bad person after charges were dropped against him in the Kuntz murder. Kuntz was murdered because someone owed him money for a car lease. All three people convicted of committing the murder testified in court that Dale was the one that hired them but charges against Dale were stayed. The people that committed the Kuntz murder were convicted but the person who ordered the hit wasn't.

Geoff Mantler: Another Public Betrayal

This latest shameful decision is more proof we need a civilian agency to monitor police complaints. Constable Geoff Mantler got off charges in the Jeremy Packer case even though he had physical evidence included a lost tooth. Seemingly this was Mantler's third documented offence. There was another case involving Manjeet Singh Bhatti as well.



Before we spend undisclosed amounts of tax dollars to fill our over crowded drug infested prisons with more people for minor offenses, we need to establish a Civilian Agency and we need to clean up the prisons that we do have.

Interesting photo of David Giles and Airplane Mark. Kinda suspicious whenever a Hells Angels or associate is pals with a pilot.

After posting some pictures of David Giles someone from Kelowna contacted me and said they recognized the guy in the photo. They said they saw him at a public function wearing a Hells Angels jacket and they thought it was odd. At first they thought he was a clown pretending to be a Hells Angel. Go figure. He does look more like a Shriner than an Hells Angel.
